The PT calendar opposite is designed to help you plan your fitness in advance if helpful. It shows when sessions are available and is updated regularly. You can use this to request time slots and we will confirm asap but please note that depending on travel times / location, sessions may not be on the hour but at 15 or 30 minute intervals.

The All Over
Combining cardio, toning, flexibility, strength & endurance work.

Core Conditioning
A mat based class based on the philosophies of yoga, pilates & dance from a general fitness perspective.

Running Group
Covering warming up to injury prevention to techniques and ways to increase your endurance and improve your performance.

Bespoke
We can provide tailor made classes to suit your group ( 4 upwards).

Bring a mat (if you have one), a towel and water.

All classes are suitable for beginners to seasoned pro’s with modifications offered to make less / more challenging as appropriate. Please contact us for more information.
